Riders Impact Report 2025

Our latest impact report shows the scale and reach of Riders for Health, delivering life-saving services across four sub-Saharan African countries.

Riders focuses on doing one thing well. And that one thing is providing reliable transport for health workers.

Despite the removal of USAID funding and stop works orders restricting Riders’ ability to deliver our services, throughout 2025 our teams continued to provide world class, reliable transport for health based organisations, strengthening healthcare systems across sub-Saharan Africa.

Our 2025 impact report proves the life-saving value of what we do, and we’re delighted to share it with you:

Imagine the impact that transporting almost 3M biological samples and test results has made in reducing the spread of disease.”

Reduction in distance travelled and samples and supplies delivered since 2024 is due to US funding cuts. Before this setback, Riders’ stats were on track to increase across the board.
