Mphatso joined Riders for Health in 2012 as programme manager in Malawi.
Highly educated she holds a bachelor of education degree from the University of Malawi and a master’s degree in Development Management from The Open University, UK.
Prior to Riders, Mphatso had several years of experience working in the development sector with international volunteers working on a variety of poverty reduction projects in Malawi. She also worked at Ngumbe Community Day Secondary School as a Secondary School Teacher. Mphatso’s broad experiences have given her the opportunity to interact with many organisations, learning how to recruit and maintain diversity with volunteers and negotiating with different partners.
